Help with financing seasonal rental

Was ready to finance a seasonal rental in the 23rd hour Bank selling me will not Finance me what am i options don't have the income to justify it being categorized as a second home they won't categorize it as an investment property because it's labeled as seasonal property I have assets over 2 million what can I do time is ticking
