i have a stratigy that im trying to use to start off buying a cheap house in cash to then cash out refi. looking for tips on how to go about it.

 #1 thing that jams up cash out refinances less than six months after an all cash purchase, without a doubt, is that the purchase funds are required to be sourced (or you can wait six months). Ideally have the funds sitting liquid in your plain boring checking account with your name on it for two months prior to the cash purchase. You can deviate from that in a few ways, deviate too much and you will be told to wait until six months have passed (not the end of the world).
