So finding a contractor has been very difficult a family friend who is a contractor is willing to partner up with me where I can do the leg work on locations the deals and putting the money up and he can do all the work for raw material cost but get apart of the deal which I am open to. Any recommendations on how a deal like this should be structured. Has any one in bigger pockets done this type of partnership before and if so please share your experience
