Offer letter for competitive markets

A couple months ago I saw a post regarding an offer letter that was specific to competitive markets and trying to ensure that your offer(s) are accepted.

I’ve tried to locate it and I thought I bookmarked the post but I don’t believe I did.

If anyone has a link to that post or can repost that letter template I’d appreciate it.
