First of all hello to everyone,

I am a pittsburgh local and buy and hold investor, im still rather new to investing and bigger pockets. I recently closed on a triplex (my second mfh) and am very excited to start looking for the next property. However though out of funds! No surprise right, we've all been here wanting more and not in the best situation to get more.

Im not one to give up that easily, I've been spending some time researching and learning the creative options. Bringing us to the real point of my post! I have been consider many options, seller financing, hard money, private money (still not really an option), and maybe even using a 401k loan. Obviosuly all these options work in the right situation. However unless i get lucky i feel like the best course of action is a hardmoney lender at this time being i dont have provate moeny conecrions. Has annyone in the Pittsburgh area used a hardmoney lender they would recomend? Also if anyone has any information to offer it always very welcome!
