Rich Dad Poor Dad Free Property Seminar

Hi, Im new here...

I know this subject as been done to death. I went to the free RDPD free property seminar in Sydney, Aus. It was a negative experience thanks to their sale tactic especially when the market here is looking like its in free fall and they were pushing investments here & NZ. I then found out their course price to learn their investment tactics & finding property deals,  was jacked up compared to other countries at $1250.  On a good note I failed to write down their course content details so i could look into it  which is how i ended up here hoping to find similar info.

My question is what is the difference between the investment strategy RDPD Property courses & the general real estate investment community ?
