Counteroffer on my 2nd Deal
Hey everyone! I need your help and feedback!
I just placed an offer on my second investment property and the seller just countered with seller financing on the difference of our prices. The home was listed at $325,000, we got it down to $275 and our offer is currently at $260.
He’s offering seller financing at 0% for the next two years for the additional $15,000. It’s a balloon payment, so in two years I write him a check for $15,000.
The potential ARV with around $30-$40 in should be around $385,000. This is a solid deal but as property stands today I feel $275 is still too high. What should I counter? How do I creative so we both win? Much appreciated!
