Qualifief Opportunity Zone Fund and QOZ Business

Does anyone know the current best way to move forward setting up a QOZ Fund and a QOZ Business?

I know there is a self certification form for the fund, but I haven’t heard anything about a business yet.

Regarding the fund, is there anyone out there who has already done it and willing to share how they set it up?

Was it a partnership? Corporation? Did you sell stock? Preferred shares etc?
