Can I refi my quadplex without a job?
Hello BP,
I purchased a quadplex a few years ago. After rehab and rent raises, the value has increased by $50,000 +
I started looking into refinancing when I was laid off at my “job”.
I’m wondering if any of you have had success in refi without the ability to show income from a 9-5 job.
My property has a decent income after expenses but I worry that banks will want to see personal income to back the loan.
I’m ready to invest in my next property but seem to have hit a brick wall.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year BP investors!
