Hey y'all! I've finally become a pro member and I'm super excited about it. I have a question that hopefully you more experienced investors can help me out with. I recently got a package deal under contract from another investor. It consists of 15 SFHs and 2 duplexes. I do not have enough funds (or experience) to take on all of these at once. I am considering wholesaling most of them and just keeping 5 or 6 as long term rentals, BUT I would love to hear about what other options exists. The properties have not been well maintained or well managed. I will see them in person for the first time tomorrow so I will have a better idea of the scope of work needed by the end of the week. Bring on the brilliant ideas! Thanks! The properties have not been well maintained or well managed. I will see them in person for the first time tomorrow so I will have a better idea of the scope of work needed by the end of the week.
