Trying to find deals

I am am trying to learn how to find deals and get correct numbers. Any tips on how to go about it. Ive been trying to learn how to analyze a deal from loopnet and sites like that. But its hard for me to verify the numbers in a timely manner.

@Danny Amorando Since you're looking at loopnet, I'm assuming you're interested in the commercial multifamily. Find out the names of the local brokerages and reach out to all of them. Establish relationships with the brokers and maintain them! Keep in mind you need to share with them your criteria. So you need to be educated and understand what are you looking for: things like number of units, property class, area type, price per door, etc...
