Automating contacting new home sellers

I just recently listened to podcast 283 with Paul Thompson and wanted some insight on Podio and automation. What I would like to try to do is have Podio suck in every new listing from MLS, FSBO Craigslist, and Zillow (Address and contact information for the seller or agent) and put them into my database of leads on Podio. Podio will then send them an email and text letting them know what I do. Does anybody know how to get the information to get sucked from MLS, Zillow, and FSBO Craigslist automatically into Podio every time there is a new listing?

I would later like to learn how to get the Virtual Assistant working calling these people along with setting up automated offers to be sent out if interested so it is virtually completely automated, if any advise on this as well that would be appreciated, but the above question is my main focus for now.
