Direct Mail Best Practices

Hey everyone,

I am just about to start a direct mailing campaign for Multifamily apartments and wanted to reach out and see if anyone has any advice or tips on how to be the most efficient and at the lowest cost. I currently have a VA working on a list for me, now I need to create my mailer. Any best practices on what to put on the mailer and how to most efficiently mail them out?

Thanks,

Kyle
