Looking for the Best Lender for Line of Credit w low pts and Int

I am looking to add leverage strategy in order to increase my innovatory of flips. I am currently working with Finance of America but feel that I can find something better. They are giving me a large line of credit but the points are 2.20 interest is 8.49. I appreciate thoughts and guidance
