Would you like to optimize performance of your local asset?

Greetings Charleston members and investors!

I've been investing in RE for approximately 10 years.  Having been involved in 15-20 transactions, I currently own properties in SC and PA.  I have done everything from mobile homes to a small MHP.

Most recently, I am expanding my role in the industry.  I am looking to offer insightful consultation on optimizing performance of real estate assets and projects.  This boutique service focuses on everything ranging from reducing property costs, to helping landlords best achieve high profits.

I am curious to see if there is a need locally in our market for this innovative service.  Please comment with any feedback that may be helpful.

Thanks, all!
