Hello fellow BiggerPockets members! In my quest for "Low to No Cost" with wholesaling I came across a Notice of Violation list (+51k entries yikes!! Help!!). Has anyone had experience with a violations list? Which leads are "Hotter" Closed cases or Open? Is this list a good way to target motivated buyers? -Resourceful Wholesaler
