Take Subject To and Do a Wrap

Hello again ... I have a buyer wanting to buy without a lender. I read from another article from Bill Bronchick about a creative technique that I intend to use ... so I'm planning on getting a property subject to and then selling it to that buyer on a wrap. I'm sure it's widely used but me being a novice investor everything is pretty new to me. So ... I'm a little stuck as to what the exact steps are to closing this deal ... and if anyone could tell me what contracts to use and what to put on them to protect me, I would greatly appreciate it!
