BP-

I am starting a new marketing campaign with the idea of providing valuable information and establishing myself as an expert. The plan is to send mailers containing a letter and some information about the market surrounding the property.

An additional marketing/networking tool I am working on is a more detailed market snapshot catered towards other local real estate professionals and out of town investors.

My question to you all is: what kind of stats and information would you want to see if you opened up one of my mailers addressed to you?

Thanks in advance for the responses. All responses are valuable.
