How do you actually find opportunities to leverage?

My wife and I have our properties owned by our LLC and we are interested in leveraging our positions. The challenge we are finding is that every lender we have spoken to lately either will not grant a mortgage to an LLC or has outrageous terms associated with a loan.

We live in Ohio and are wondering if other states like Arizona or California deal more commonly with LLC's investors.

How are others out there getting past these hurdles?

Thanks in advance for the feedback!
