Line of credit against mobile home notes

I've got a number of mobile homes sold on notes that are performing well. Has anyone experienced getting a line of credit on mobile home notes at an acceptable rate? Right now, I'm doing the credit card solution and transfering balances to 0% interest cards when others expire. Any one else have experience this?
