Im looking for guidance to make my big entrance into real estate.
I am currently a 3 house veteran in real estate. I am going to be acquiring a large sum of money thru smart investments that i have made. I have done my research and have researched my farm areas. I cant decide whether to buy and hold 10 - 15 doors or if i should keep flipping. From the research i have done it seems like the market is either saturated with investors or the selection of properties are few and far between. What would be the best move to get a strong income from either strategy? I appreciate any advice in advance.
