Home Occupation

I am a newbie who is in the phase of narrowing down my market, evaluating deals and preparing funding. In the meantime, my personal home sits on 24 acres of woods and has a barn, although it is just outside the nearby village. While the barn sits close to a well traveled main road (and neighbors) it is in great shape and is nearly 5,000 square feet. Everyone who visits the barn asks what we are going to do with it. So that is my question to you BP. As the creative and innovative investors that you are, what ideas do you have for making some extra cash with my barn?  The zoning is residential, but I could get a home occupation. Thank you in advance!
