Subject To marketing

I've been doing some digging on this site about marketing for potential Subject To sellers. I understand how to put the deals together, the pros and cons. My market in Utah is a very hot sellers market right now, so I'm not getting any calls from my bandit signs which worked great 10 years ago. I'm now looking for more marketing ideas. I really like the approach of Jason Hanson, but even though he did coaching/mentoring for a while it looks like he has completely left this arena for his Spy training company. Bummer! Does anyone have Jason's specific marketing pieces and strategy details and would be willing to share? All of Jason's blog posts on this site, while well written, obviously do not have full details. Or, can anyone recommend someone out there who is really good with marketing for Subject To's? I want tried and proven strategies (currently working), not just theory. When I tried direct mail years ago it failed miserably. So I want to get info from someone (like Jason) who has had great success with their marketing (Sub To's only please).
