Subject to deal on VA loan with a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

I own a home and an investor friend has suggested a subject to deal. I am currently in Chapter 13 and the home is purchased on a VA loan. Any pitfalls you see here? Is this deal possible/legal? Any advice would be appreciated
