Started scouting for distressed properties, but hit a roadblock..

Ok, so I scouted the entire neighborhood for distressed homes. Found one with an unkempt yard, and papers taped on their garage door about having a mosquito infested pool and that they were being fined by the county for it.

So i find out who owns the property by calling the local assessors office. I google her name, and she has an obituary from 2 weeks ago.

Without bothering her family with her so recently passing away, is there any way to find out who actually owns this property now?
