Try before you buy houses

"What are some of your thoughts on the feasibility of developing a small house hotel and community in Austin? I am in the business of offering small house solutions in Austin. I am seeking connections with people interested in my pursuit of developing both a tiny house "hotel" (similar to one that is running in Portland, OR) and a tiny house development for the sales of the pre-placed tiny houses and the leasing of the land they rest on. It is my belief that the hotel would be profitable in an of itself but also serve as a powerful form of advertising that I make further profit off from the sales of the small houses. All of the houses I sell are 399 sqft and are high quality builds. Given the cost of living in Austin now and the heat of the market... I believe the market is craving this. I have many pieces in place and am seeking connections with those who can see my vision and want to be a part of bringing this to pass with me!
