I've heard that studies show up to 94% of agents don't really think about the copywriting they do for their ads.

Looking on sites like craigslist you see that many of the ads are very very basic.

Using the principles of the greatest copywriting experts in history and modeling successful ads could be one of the best points of leverage for adding to your income as a real estate investor.
