Advertising for seller financed buyers

Where are some good places to advertise seller financed houses? The ideal buyer would be owner occupant because an investor would not have any cash flow. I was thinking Craigslist, FSBO, and the MLS. Any other suggestions?

@Shanequa J. The #1 way to find that type of buyer is still a good old fashioned yard sign. Also an open house can work very well especially if there are renters in the area.

A website is a good thing. But most of the leads you get from online advertising are not far enough along in the process to close. You might sell a house to them 6 months down the road, but not likely today. Whereas people who are actively driving through the neighborhood are often ready to go when the opportunity presents itself.
