Is this a good setup for wealth protection against judgments?

Let me know what you think.  Are there flaws in this theory?  Is there a better way of setting this up?  I'm not sure if some of the assumptions in this picture are incorrect or no good due to "fraudulent transfers," or some other reason that I'm not aware of.
