Anyone have experience AirBnb'ing your rentals at scale?

Anyone have experience AirBnb'ing SFR or MF rentals on a large scale (30+ properties in multiple markets)?

If so, do you do the management and turnover yourself or work with an existing provider?

I'd imagine that it would be similar to regular property management (self-management = greater control/revenue), but I'd be interested to hear about your experience.
