Hey BP!

Let me tell you guys, I have been soaking up knowledge on BP like you know who..

One of the methods I am pursuing for multi-unit properties is a mail campaign. I have purchased the list from ListSource.com with these criteria:

-My city. -70% to 100% equity. -2 to 24 units. -purchased before 2010.

Funny thing is the man who owns the most property is someone I know! :0 I'm not surprised though. He seemed very smart. Turns out he is. Aside from him, I am going to mail out some form of message to these people.

I am browsing different mailing services currently.

HERE'S WHERE I NEED YOUR INPUT!

 1. What mailing site have you had success using?

2. What is your preferred postage type? (postcard, typed letter, yellow letter, other)

3. Give me the main points of the message you use. (If you want, you can share your whole letter with me! I won't copy... I'll just use your ideas in my own way.) :)

4. What systems do you use to process responses? (phone, website, email, other)
