Hey guys! I need a little bit of guidance here. I was listening to a podcast the on BP the other day and a great strategy to find leads was mentioned where you can find evictions and contact the land lord in hopes of purchasing the property. I can not for the life of me figure out where to look in the public records database. I am targeting the Tarrant county and Parker county areas in Texas so if you have any tips I would greatly appreciate it!! Thanks

Thanks Shaun, I will do that. For now I have found the dockets on the internet but there is no property address or anything, just the plaintiff and the defendant and the date filed. I plan on actually going up there and possibly having face time with the people in the office. Parker county is not a huge area so I figure it can't hurt to get to know the people I will be working with from time to time.
