Loan Structuring

I have been looking for a way to help Canadian investors (Ontario) invest in my market (Missouri) without the hassles of owning us property. Ie taxes, property management, asset protection ect. My solution was to creat a loan agreement between the investor and my Missouri LLC that holds the property. However I am having a trouble finding a motivated RE lawyer in Ontario that is versed in cross boarder transactions. Let me know what you guys think of my thought process I know there's away to get this done regardless how many lawyers told me otherwise. Any knowledge you can share about cross boarder deal structuring or tax obligations would be greatly appreciated. Ideally I would want future clients to only have to worry about personal income tax.
