Hello everyone,

Even though I have been a member for 1 year, I never posted or read from the forums on here. Yesterday was the first day, and I will be the first to admit I was missing out. Too much great knowledge to keep missing out on.

I have been wholesaling for the 3 years and want to jump into the subject to, and Lease Option arena's, what method have people been using to receive best response for finding sellers for this type of investing. Presently I have yellow letters to expireds , a list of pre foreclosures, and I have been putting signs out. I also have 6 websites but don't get a lot of leads from those yet. Just want to hear some thoughts so I can ramp up my production for this month. Thank you!
