FINAL NOTICE! Not!

With a fair amount of houses, I often get postcards and some letters from people wanting to buy my properties.   Today, I received a FINAL NOTICE postcard.  The second line of the postcard asked me "When are you going to finally contact me?"  Funny thing is I've already sold the property?
