Fair Profit Splits- Traditional lenders

I've seen a lot of discussion for equity split on the forum. I see a lot of 50/50 splits, which I understand and have my own views on that.  My question is a little more specific.  How does a traditional lender play into that equation?

For example:  If the deal needs 100k and the the bank will finance 70k through me but I bring in a private lender to account for the 30k in equity, what are fair splits for this? or splits that have been used that work successfully?
