Moped for an investor?!

You guys are going to laugh at this! I bought my 13 year old a moped last Xmas, a Honda ruckus to be exact, to ride around on our property. This last June I started riding it to grab coffee every morning. I found myself riding around for 2-4 hours every morning looking at houses for sale and distressed properties. I LOVE it! If I she a for sale sign I can do a quick u turn and pull right up to the door on vacant properties. I started printing list of properties at night and looking the next morning. I feel I save so much time by riding "enjoying" the moped. Stupid but it works and it's fun in the sun at the same time. I use to hate the hours I spent in a truck looking at properties. Now I have a fun and cheap way to do it. It's now a tool in my tool belt. Lol
