A different philosophy
Hey guys. I'm listening to David Tilney on youtube at the moment. He has a different way about landlording. I'm watching "how to put your landlording on autopilot: an interview with David Tilney."
It seems that he doesn't own the properties, he instead holds a master lease on a property and sub leases properties. These are residential properties. I'm wondering what you veterans think. So i hope you can take the time and watch that interview and let me know what you guys think.
