Determining ARV
I'm in the Dayton, OH area and I'm new to the area. Is there a local software I can use to determine the ARV of property and find ways to get comps. I've lived in South Florida and the software there was called Zuxia (I forgot the spelling) and I've lived in Tennessee and the software there was called CRSdata. com. Is there something like these software in the Ohio area. I'd rather not use Trulia or Zillow and I don't want to rely on a Realtor. Help
