Subject To ready to go in Indiana
Hey everyone!,
I am from Indiana and very keenly interested in Subject To. I typically invest in flips and rentals, but have an IDEAL subject to deal that sort fell into my lap. Just not sure of a good local lawyer, and how to get the ball rolling.
I've been reading the forums, and they are helpful to an extent, but there seems to be a TON of variability in the responses......yet everyone says it's fairly easy.
Is the key really to just find a quality lawyer? If not that, then what?
Any suggestions for an Indiana lawyer (specifically Fort Wayne?)
