Rent out Individual Office Spaces

Hi!  I work out of my basement and have been trying to find a location near me that rents out individual offices.  Other than Regus there are very few options.  Does anyone have any experience with purchasing small commercial properties and renting out each individual office?  I am exploring "office hacking" but i don't know if there are any legal or zoning issues with something like that.  There are several buildings for sale near me that could house 5 to 6 private offices.

I’ve been looking for the same near me. There is nothing illegal as long as the property is zoned correctly.
