Do you think that demand will be high for something like that?  I feel like there will be lots of people that are ready to get our of their home offices! How would you advertise or market it?

Hi!  I work out of my basement and have been trying to find a location near me that rents out individual offices.  Other than Regus there are very few options.  Does anyone have any experience with purchasing small commercial properties and renting out each individual office?  I am exploring "office hacking" but i don't know if there are any legal or zoning issues with something like that.  There are several buildings for sale near me that could house 5 to 6 private offices.  

Hi!  I am new here and am interested in investing in rental properties in Pottstown, PA.  I live there over by Target/Best Buy in a Ryan Homes community.  I love all the historic old towns in the area and the prices seem right.  Any current investors here that i could connect with to discuss?  I'm also open to nearby areas such as Royersford, Collegeville and Phoenixville... but prices there are 1.5 - 2x the price.  Thanks!!
