Small lot subdivision on a triplex with 3 detached units in the LA County
Hi Folks,
We have a triplex property which includes 3 detached units, with one big garage (for 3 cars) attached to one of the unites. The units are situated parallelly to each other, making it ideal to subdivide the lot into three, and end up having 3 single family units. Just wondering if anyone has done a similar process in the LA county and what are the hurdles to do this process? Any Ideas about the costs associated with Small Lot Subdivision?
