Corporate Housing/Traveling Nursing Rentals

We own a home in a highly occupied area, near large companies and hospitals. It’s a 4 bed 3 bath home. We’ve considered setting it up for a corporate rental or a rental for traveling nurses.

Would really appreciate any insight you have on resources I should look into to learn more, point me to companies that specialize in this, or anything you think I would need to know to get started. I want to get on this asap.

Hey Jared,

That sounds like a fantastic opportunity! Setting up your home as a corporate rental or for traveling nurses can be very rewarding, especially given your prime location. Here are a few steps and resources to help you get started.

Corporate Housing by Owner (CHBO): This site offers a wealth of information and resources for homeowners looking to enter the corporate rental market. They also have listings and guides to help you get started.

Furnished Finder: A popular platform specifically for finding housing for traveling nurses and other medical professionals. They have extensive resources and support for property owners.

Starting with these steps should give you a solid foundation to turn your home into a successful corporate rental or traveling nurse accommodation. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions along the way.

Best of luck!
Chandler

Hi Jared,

For my furnished properties, I personally use Airbnb (and set to 30+ days for minimum rental period) and Zillow. I have had zero luck with Furnished Finder or FB groups that cater to the traveling nurse population. If you work for or have connections at any of the large companies, it could be worth a contact to their HR/relo team to see if they have a list you could get on.

Best of luck,

Lindsey
