Nice Two-Family home. Needs lots of work, Baths, new heating, roof, knob & tube wiring. No garage. Needs Lead abatement too.

Needs approximately $200K in renovation

ARV is $625K

Would you pass on this one or ???

Owner is elderly and wants out - owner has no mortgage
