Has anyone tried this in the STR world?

So I manage airbnb's and build Co-living spaces. But I am starting to try more of STR by the room and setting up pop up hostels in a way. I have done this before in Sacramento and thinking to bring it to San Diego.

I was wondering if anyone has tried this and what their experience was like?
