Has anyone syndicated a luxury single family new construction that will be used a STR

Hello,

I have recently built a large lake front STR property and it has gone very well. The returns have been and will be outstanding.

I have had interest from several people who want to "get in on the next one" . I would like to build more of these large scale luxury STR homes and want to use the syndication model to do so. I have some knowledge of the model as a whole but really would like to speak to someone who may have done something similar. I have spoken to several companies that do large scale syndications but i don't think they are quite the same thing as what i'm looking to do. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you!
