Need a recommendation for someone that can do. TRO in San Antonio.

So we get a lead yesterday the seller says they will be foreclosed on this coming Tuesday. I don't know a single title company to get that one done. Not looking to do a Sub2 on it since it is 11% interest loan.
Not sure if I should pass this lead along to someone else? I would like to have the ability to tell the seller if they needs more time contact XYZ for temporary restraining order.
