Finding owners with multiple properties

I’m a realtor in the metro Detroit area and am looking to build a list of people that own 10 or more properties to match them with other property owners who are looking to off load or add to their portfolios. 

How do I search by number of properties people own? I’ve tried calling Wayne & Oakland County to find out how to search by number of property and can’t seem to get anywhere. It looks like I’ll need to buy a software program like propstream or data tree.
