Are there any investors that are in the San Antonio area that have experience with structuring a subject to deal in the last year?

I dont think a creative financing group is going to be public. It would be a big fee based group. I have a group that meets monthly, but its free. But then again I dont really teach people so that they can go and do deals. I give them knowledge to help them on their journey. If I taught people how to buy creatively or how to get your first deal in 30 days or something like that, I would have to charge $5000 a year for membership.

Free groups like mine are more for the networking. I have speakers most months who let people know what they do and give some knowledge in their field. I had my insurance agent speak about the different types of insurance for landlords, homeowners, renters, etc. Light knowledge and lots of networking.

Personally, I believe networking is where you pick up so much knowledge as long as you are willing to give some also. Everyone benefits.
